Took my 7.3 idi and toyota sequoia in for repairs. Everyone was very professional and they stand behind thier work. My 7.3 was having fuel issues, and after having it fixed it still had a small leak that was missed. They got it right back in and fixed. Really like the online inspection results with pictures and videos. Proof they aren't trying to say something is wrong when it's not like some shops.

We got our car back working great. It was defrosters not working due to actuators. Impact Auto did it for the original estimate by getting around an obstacle that cut the cost allowing us to replace all 5 actuators still keeping the overall cost at the original estimate. That was a good move because trust is important and we trust these guys. Very professional.

Brad and Melissa along with staff at Impact Automotive have always been top notch in how they take care of our cars. Chris and the guys will stop their tasks to check tire pressure, or answer a question I might have about one of our vehicles.
