I have an 07 duramax diesel. I have had it in the shop at 3 different locations in Louisiana, Texas and Oregon, to reputable repair shops. I had issues with it going into limp mode (truck shuts down to 35mph when towing) i didnt want to sell my truck or trade it in knowing it had an issue, so it was super frustrating. A good friend of mine,( where i’m doing remodeling in yacolt at) told me about impact auto, and i wasnt sure about having my truck fixed at a”small town” instead of a big city dealership or shop. This shop is amazing…. When i dropped it off, Chris talked to me about the problem, and i could totally tell he “knew his stuff” bottom line….. never discount a smalltown shop thinking a bigtown shop will serve you better…. I’m headed to louisiana in the morning …..after driving my truck for an hour locally with 100 % confidence it is running right. YOU GUYS ARRE AWESOME!!!! Thanks!!!!!!

Had the guys out at impact Automotive do a complete vehicle diagnostics on my 89 fj62. Great to work with, clear communication. Anything that was found needing service had a priority level attached to it. The issues I brought the vehicle in for were repaired, everything appears to be in good working order! I will definitely be doing business with them again!

I believe Impact Auto is a very honest and qualified shop. Brad is an exceptional mechanic who has performed major work on my Ford diesel. I am extremely satisfied with his work and believe that I was charged a fair price for services performed.

Impact Auto is the most honest punctual and thorough automotive shop in Clark county. Chris and the gang treat you just like their own family. They are the auto shop that most of remember from back in the day. They are what country stands for, honesty, loyalty and trust. They are always up front about the cost and. Giving Impact Auto 5 stars is short changing them, they are definitely a 10 star auto shop in my book. If you need auto work done go the most loyal shop in Clark county.
