Great communication and service! They performed a diagnostic on my 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 HD, emailed a link where I could view images of each stage of the diagnostic, and approve the services I wanted to address. Once approved, they got to work quickly. Brad went above and beyond to install an aftermarket fuel pump before the long holiday weekend. My truck is running great and I’m pleased to have found a strait shooter mechanic with a skilled team.

I was passing through town when I had a mechanical failure on my motorcycle. I was convinced I'd have to hire a tow truck to get home. I pulled into this shop told them what was wrong and I was so impressed and thankful. They dropped what they were doing and helped me fix things up so I could drive away under my own power. They don't make shops like this anymore. Thank you Impact Auto for saving my day!!!!

Chris was the absolute man! Took my old ford in that nobody could really seem to find the issues with it and he got back to me and now she runs like a dream. Best of all these people are super kind 🙏

I've had these guys replace my shocks, exhaust, and fix a misfire on an 03 ranger. Every time, these guys are honest, friendly, and do a fantastic job. Yacolt is lucky to have such a great automotive shop nearby. If you have a problem, stop in, and these guys will give you an honest first opinion and an extremely transparent estimate. Fantastic work, and thanks for getting my favorite truck up and running like new!
