When I moved to Portland it took me forever to find an amazing mechanic. After multiple visits to a couple of shops I stumbled on impact. Impact is a great group of folks. Brad is very knowledgeable and an honest mechanic. I would recommend their services to anyone! Give them a shot!!!

Brad is exactly the same now as he was as a kid...inquisitive, driven and thorough! Once he locks on to a challenge it a problem, he doesn't sleep until he figures it out and solves it! And it's not just engines and transmissions... you ought to go fishing with him!

Any breakdown, whenever it happens, is inconvenient. Melissa, Brad, and the rest of the crew at Impact Automotive were awesome. I dropped it off on a Monday and had it back ahead of schedule since they knew I needed it for the weekend. The work is top-notch and I'd recommend them if you need any work done on your vehicle.

I was on my way to the National Forest when I decided to take a quick detour to the Moulton Falls Park. I accidentally ran over the parking lot spikes, and I immediately drove it to Impact Automotive. They were nice, friendly, and they took a good long look at my tires and they discovered that I got really lucky as I didn't have any punctures in my tires! I was able to drive to the National Forest and back without any issues.

had a ecu issue with my Chevy it was passed closing hrs and I sent a message through Facebook to impact auto got back to me in minutes we booked a appointment to have my truck looked at and I'm happy to say I was the first person to have there vehicle on there big fancy computer !! and even gave me a tour around the shop very friendly. dropped my truck off I got a call about 2 hrs later to come pick it up ! great experience

My old Ford 7.3 was blowing smoke, hardly started, hardly ran. It is back to running like a champ, starting right up in this cold morning. They did check the other mechanical's and advise accordingly. Excellent warranty, feel like I got what I paid for.
