My car has not been running very good for awhile and it had multiple issues and I didn't know what. Impact Automotive was able to figure out all the issues and when I got my car back it ran like new. :) Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance

Melissa and Brad have made Impact into what every independent auto service and repair should aspire to. We would not dream of going anywhere else for care for our two aging cars (combined age 40 years, mileages in tens and hundreds of thousands). They are always helpful, friendly, and give us the 'right' advice, not the most expensive advice. Their team does great work. And the coffee smells great!! Brad and Melissa have always taken great care of our vehicles. They are fairly priced, professional, extremely knowledgeable and terrific customer service. We have a Lexus and a BMW that Brad and his team have maintained and provide the occasional repair for over the last 5 years. Their shop is hour away from our home and worth every mile for the piece of mind their team provides. From minor service to major repairs, you can’t go wrong with Impact.
