My car has not been running very good for awhile and it had multiple issues and I didn't know what. Impact Automotive was able to figure out all the issues and when I got my car back it ran like new. :) Services: Auto engine diagnostic, General repairs & maintenance

Melissa and Brad have made Impact into what every independent auto service and repair should aspire to. We would not dream of going anywhere else for care for our two aging cars (combined age 40 years, mileages in tens and hundreds of thousands). They are always helpful, friendly, and give us the 'right' advice, not the most expensive advice. Their team does great work. And the coffee smells great!! Brad and Melissa have always taken great care of our vehicles. They are fairly priced, professional, extremely knowledgeable and terrific customer service. We have a Lexus and a BMW that Brad and his team have maintained and provide the occasional repair for over the last 5 years. Their shop is hour away from our home and worth every mile for the piece of mind their team provides. From minor service to major repairs, you can’t go wrong with Impact. I currently work for Impact Automotive and it has been nothing but a blessing, for me getting out of the dealership life. I love the community and helping everyone out locally. The small town, laid back vibe makes work easy to go everyday. Melissa and Brad take care of there employees along with there customers, whatever it may take. Our employees are happy to come to work everyday and I enjoy my time with them. I plan on working for Impact for a long time and continue to help the company and community move forward. Brad and Melissa are very nice and friendly. They were recommended by an employee and I am so glad I listened. They have now worked on 2 of my vehicles, one of which was a stupid mistake on my part!! I highly recommend them
