We take all our vehicles (hybrid auto, small and large truck, motorhome, and recreational vehicles) to Impact. They are exceptional with service, communication, and timely repair. Staff are friendly and courteous. I haven't hesitated once to ask them for assistance with understanding something automotive or mechanical as they are genuine in sharing knowledge and teaching ~ extremely important for someone new to farm machinery! We have also appreciated that they assist with issues like tires and batteries, along with oddities like why won't this wood chipper work!

Great customer service and very friendly. Extremely thorough inspection. Found repairs needed and got them done in a great amount of time, they also listen well to customer concerns. Will be happy to do business will them again in the future when needed.

They were nice to me even though they didn't really do anything but let me know what was wrong but I don't have the money to fix it thanks alot.
