Chris and Impact Automotive ever my business for life. I have an older Mercedes SUV that had multiple issues. Not only did I need to have the diesel particulate filter replaced, but also the ECU had gone wonky. Chris was incredibly patient with me and my frugality, and even more so with my efforts of being an armchair mechanic throughout. Not once did he complain about my vehicle being at his shop for a couple of solid months (due to long lead times for me to source parts). Moreover, he responded to at least 20 messages via email and text as well as communicating directly to the parts suppliers when troubleshooting. Major kudos to Chris and team. With my car addiction I am certain they will be seeing me time and time again.
