I was very grateful for the help I received from Impact automotive. My passenger side window dropped while trying to open it. They tolde to bring it to them. They found the electrical mechanism wash ruined. They let us know what was happening, told us the price and gave us the option of having them fix it. We told them to go ahead and take care of it. I believe it was done the same day. They did a great job.
