We are new to repairs at Impact Automotive. Had repairs and maintenance performed on three different vehicles. We had no problems or complaints. We received a great job at a fair price in a timely manner. Looks like I found myself a new automotive repair shop for all my vehicles, including my collectors, classic 4X4 vehicle

They were very accommodating, and the communication was definitely the easiest I’ve ever experienced while dealing with any type of appointment. They respected my wishes and were very kind! Inspection came with pictures and an easy way to approve or not approve a suggestion.

This was my first ever service experience with impact automotive. I was referred to impact from another automotive shop. I was able to secure an appointment at. impact auto for a brake service. The job was completed the same day. I had the opportunity to talk to Owners Brad, Melissa and other mechanics, which were all friendly and helpful. Also, I ascertained that impact auto has an interest in and works on old classic vehicles. Thus, I was able to schedule my 1978 Land Cruiser FJ40 for service and water pump replacement repair. At this point I have nothing but good things to say about Impact Automotive, including how happy I am to have found this small family owned repair shop, which I plan to use from this day forward as my go to automotive repair shop.
