I drove my late husband's truck for over a year after being told my rear brakes had been inspected and adjusted by Vancouver Toyota's repair shop. They reported to me that there was no issue with the rear brakes. At the time, I emphasized to them that I needed the truck fully inspected and repaired so I would have a safe truck to drive. The brakes didn't feel right after that visit, but I believed them. When I brought the truck to Impact Automotive for an oil change and air conditioner repair, I asked them to check the brakes because they didnt feel right. Impact Automotive discovered the brakes had been put together wrong. I was driving an unsafe vehicle for over a year!!! Now my truck brakes are working correctly.
